Terms

1. 5-10 Day Service. While we will make every effort to recover your files within 10 days, we make no guarantee that you files will be available within that time frame. 5-10 days is simply a likely estimate. 

2. Next-Day Service. If we cannot recover your files within 24 hours of your device arriving at our facility, your files will be recovered as soon as possible and you will be refunded the price above the standard 5-10 day service.

Authorization

1. The client authorizes FlashDrivePros.com to recover or attempt to recover all data from the storage media using any method the technician deems appropriate.

2. The client further authorizes FlashDrivePros.com to view and remove all data, files and information stored on the media.

Understanding of Condition of Data and Liability

3. The client understands that all data contained on the storage media is considered lost and irrecoverable until it is made available to the client by download or contained in physical media and that FlashDrivePros.com makes no guarantee that the client’s data will be recovered.

4. After a client's data is recovered from a storage device, that data will be made available for download within the agreed upon time period. FlashDrivePros.com is not responsible for technology limitations on the client's end preventing access to his or her files.

5. The client understands that some procedures used to recover his or her data may cause permanent damage to the storage media and make recovery impossible.

6. The client will indemnify and hold harmless FlashDrivePros.com, its officers, and employees for any direct or indirect damages including loss of data, loss of revenue, incidental or consequential, before, during, or after service.

Non-disclosure

7. FlashDrivePros.com will take reasonable measures to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of the client’s data and information to outside persons or organizations. However, if in the normal course of data recovery, the technician or other employee or officer discovers any illegal material or evidence of past or impending crime, FlashDrivePros.com is obligated to report the crime to the appropriate authorities.

Refund Policy

8. FlashDrivePros.com offers a full refund in the event that we can not assist the customer in retrieving their data from their broken USB flash drive. We will notify you as soon as possible if this occurs and offer you the proper credit. Process of refunds can take up to 3-5 business days, depending on your bank or credit card company. Please notify us, if this takes longer. Shipment of your USB flash drive that we were not able to retrieve the data from, will be shipped back to the appropriate customer at no extra charge.
