Dear Future Customers, I recently had a tragic event happen and broke the head of my flash drive off while in the computer. I tried several times to fix this myself and was unsuccessful. I then brought it to a computer shop and along with breaking the circuit board somewhat, he was also unsuccessful. I thought, great now there is no way to get my files back. Well, think again. I sent my drive to Flash Drive Pros and they were able to take a look. They discovered the memory chip was in good condition, but without another identical drive the recovery seemed hopeless. Well, I tracked down another drive and sent that one to them and guess what; these folks swapped the memory chips and recovered all my files.
